Will walking 10 ks on the treamill help?

im 163 cm and 89 kgs and everyday i walk round about 10 ks on the treeadmill i dont do it all at once i break it up so that ido 2 ks then have a break and then so fourth it makes me feel great mind you ive only dont it everyday for about a week i go on and off it all the time but if i stick to it and do it everyday will i thin out and tone my arms, thighs, calves and belly those are my main areas i hate there like jelly my thighs are wobbly and my calves are huge and tight and my arms and belly are gross so if i do 10 ks or more on the treadmill half on incline the other normally will it tone up my trouble areas

I'm doing a little research. I was addicted to diet coke. I gave it up 3 years ago because I was diagnosed with a weird eye condition that they could find no reason for. She was raised with them her whole life up until about 5 years ago when her mother had to put her last horse down. Today I was kicked of a N47 bus in Catford (London) by a very rude bus driver, who did not belive my son was 10 years old (he is 11 at the end of Dec'08). Althought I was in formed by the Oyster card help line I would not need a Id card for him. I informed the driver this but he would not back down, he also would not give me his name and bus Id number! I then took another bus to the bus garge to complian they told me he within his right to kick me off as my son does not look 10 and that i do need a ID card for him....He then gave me a free phone number to call and complain but this number is not in use on a weekend so whats a person to do if they need help? My son is very tall for his age as most kids are now, I am 5ft1 and he is about 2 ins taller. I no it can be hard to tell but if the child is with a adult then I feel the bus driver should take your word for it! If your found to be laying then you should rightly be charges a fine. I went to lunch with two guys from work, one was a good friend, the other I know but we don't talk nearly as much. Well afterward the guy that I don't know as well comes up to me and says "come on" and tries to kiss me. I was extremely shocked and I started to do it but I stopped b/c the other guy was there. I have been in the same situation..... It sucked a lot. I would just try to talk to the other people in your cl or during recess. It's your choice of what you do mainly just try to get the friendship you had before with them and if it keeps happening then they are not friends worth having. I have dealt with it and it wasn't fun. I had to realize that they weren't really friends they were just people who would only hang out with me because they thought they had to. So just tell them how you feel and like I said if it keeps happening tell them that you are done.

Computer-I upgraded to IE8-yuck?

My husband and I are TTC after a MC back in December. I have been a pee on a stick addict for the last couple months. Well after hundreds of dollars and several different brands of test I went to the Doctor cause my period was so light that I thought something must be wrong and I needed something to get my period back to normal so we can conceive. I was officially late by days and I still had been taking EARLY pregnancy test and nothing showed up! Well low and behold his urine test showed up positive! I was in shock and so happy! I hadn't taken a test that morning so I thought that maybe it would show up on my test at home. Well....I got home and my equate test showed up NEGATIVE??? They did a blood test so we will see what my hcg levels are. They said not to be surprised if I am farther along then what I think I am since all my test at home were negative before. I have to wait till Monday for my results and it's 4:30am on Sat. morning. (I am really sick with a BAD cold and can't sleep). It feels like forever before I know anything. Please let me know if this has happened to you are someone you know. I hope I just didn't get a false positive at the doctors office. Last pregnancy his test came up Negative after mine came up positive! His test shows 100 hcg or higher.

Sydney already struggle to get crowds, and adding a west sydney team would either make sydney go broke (their fans going to west sydney) or west sydney wouldnt be able to survive financially due to lack of support. Son wont turn head he favs one side..any help?

My 7week old son will only ley his head on one side when i try to get him to switch sides he will fight it. even if i get him to turn he will just go right back to the other. he doesnt seem to be in pain on the other side just prefers that one side. I talked to the dr about it and she said some babies just fav one side just to keep tryin to get him to switch sides she also suggested a head positioner to keep him from laying his head one way. but he finds it unconfy so i will take it off for him to let him sleep. She saids if he keeps his head one way it will stiffin and he will need physical therapy. I have also tried to make sounds and turn the light to the other side of him so hell look and he turns his eyes but doesnt wnat to turn his eyes. me and the drs have checked to see if he can see and hear and he can thats not the problem. Feel completly numb to everything around me.?

I joined the Army but during my time in I had trouble fitting in. I was hazed pretty bad, beatings, ual , isolated from others around me. I joined for college money and wanted to spend my time taking cles and people were upset because they said the Army was for having fun and building life long friendships but I tried to explain I was from a very poor family in a smaller town and joined to better myself. it's never to late to start not sure why people always think that, you're still a kid you'll be fine i've seen 50 year olds who just started skateboarding so don't worry. For gear get a nice board, not a cheap walmart one and a helemt and one thing you'll really need is some skate shoes, yes they do make a diferance and are made souly for skateboarding and help out a lot. How fast you'll learn is how much you practice, when I first started out I was skating every single day hours on end, I lived and breathed it and I got good fast, you don't really need to do that but expect to be able to ollie while moving and maybe some cool flip tricks or grinds before the summers over, it can take months or just a few days all depends on how much you work on it and stay practicing, if you don't practice you will forget it's not like riding a bike and it's not easy, learn to skate around before attempting tricks and be good at skating around before you go off to the skate park, that's a good place to meet other skaters and get some pointers on tricks, but at least be good at skating and maybe doing an ollie, those are two importants. You don't need special skater looking clothes we true skaters have no look we just dress comfortable, that's the key to being good is to be comfortable, from your clothes to your shoes to your board if you're comfortable with it all then it'll all work great. good luck and have some fun.

Unexplainable dog behavior.?

I have lost a lot of weight over the last 4 months with a mix of low carb, low calorie, and working out. The first three months I lost 60 lbs, about 20 lbs a month. For a few weeks I wasn't able to work out very much and the weight loss slowed down considerably. The last week I have been going to the gym twice a day and I have started losing again. (about 7-8lbs this week). Some people say this isn't healthy, but it seems obvious that the main reason I am losing the weight is from working out. I have known people on weight watchers or low carb diets come close to these results without working out at all. As for my diet it is mainly low carb, but I am also trying to watch my calories. Kind of a mix between Weight Watchers and Atkins. I did fast for a while, but lost less weight doing that then eating regularly so I stopped. My body is in a state of ketosis from the low carb diet. That is when your body has no carbs to use for energy, so it uses stored fat instead. Since my body is using fat for energy, and I have been working out a lot, It seems like this amount of weight loss is normal - but I am not a doctor. And as for gaining the weight back I really don't think that will happen. I am very dedicated right now, and almost addicted to working out. I plan on making this a lifestyle. I just broke the 200 lb mark today. My goal is 160 and I really wanted to make it by labor day. Given the fact that I am in ketosis and working out two times a day is this amount of weight loss still considered unhealthy? I am not starving myself and I take vitamins every day as well. If water is coming in through the tail lights, you'll need to track that leak down and fix it so water can't get in. Usually, when the interior windows fog up excessively, it indicates that water or possibly coolant is pooling somewhere and adding humidity to the interior of the car. This also happens when the heater core is leaking and coolant pools in the bottom of the heater core box where the air circulates and is heated and then blown into the vents by the blower motor. The fresh air intake may also be plugged up with debris (leaves, dirt, etc. and is not draining properly) or it might be a leak around the windshield or weatherstripping around the doors allowing water to come in when it rains. This is going to be a process of elimination.......Check the carpets to see if they are damp or wet anywhere and then look for leaks above that point (since water runs downhill). With your car being 20 yrs old, I would also check to see if the floor boards are solid and don't have any small holes that have rusted through, allowing water to spray up through them and wet the carpet from underneath. You may have to pull up the carpet to check them. Good Luck

Need help with video card?

My first bit is that I believe that video card isn't for gaming, I believe it is for applications like cadd or things like that. That was my first guess, the power supply. If you are trying to upgrade my personal feeling is you are really wasting your time and money. AGP is pretty old and there are few video cards that are really able to step up to the plate on even yesterdays games. If you are trying to really upgrade the first thing you need is more RAM. 1 gig is not enough. I hope you are using XP. If you are using XP another gig would be enough, but of course then you would need a new power supply, then a video card that wasn't made too long ago. I recommend getting a new system. Remove the old unit, this will be screwed to the adjoining units and to the worktop above.If you have difficulty moving the plinth forward, screw in a couple of screws in the area where the dishwasher is going and pull forward (screw holes wont matter as you will be cutting this area out anyway). After cutting plinth to fit against dishwasher sides, seal the ends with paint or varnish to prevent the chipboard from absorbing moisture and swelling.
