Marathon Man Achievment?

Ok, does anyone know why im not getting the "Marathon-Man" achievment for Halo 3? I have acsesed all the terminals from "The Ark", "The Covenant" and "Halo". I have started every mission on normal, and have waited until it sais "Fragment Ends". Please This is my last achievment until i get the Samuri sword. Some one help me!
