I'm not a priority to my boyfriend anymore?

He's usually too tired or too busy to talk to me we used to talk on the phone for hours and now we maybe talk a few minutes,, he says he still loves me but I know he doesn't. What should I do??? I need to call him to talk .... I am thinking of moving back where my family is because there's no reason for me to stay in Oakland County I am miserable.
