What is my religion........?

My mother is catholic, but my father is jewish. I've never really said anything to my parents, but i believe in judaism and not catholicism. I know that according to the jewish law, your only jewish conversion or if your mother is jewish. i do intend on converting when i'm older. but for not what should i say if someone asks me what my religion is?
