Why does ubisoft make ins creed suck for video cards? read the box ''up-to-date minimum requirements''?!

What the guy above is mostly true, apart from the fact he seems like a rabid fanboy when he says PC is current-gen. Newer PCs can do everything a console can and better. Consoles imo are now current gen as opposed to next gen when compared with PCs.
