Does god actually have a plan?

You are correct to point out the silliness of God's so-called plan. In light of God's supposed omnipotence, Satan's continued existence makes no sense. The Prince of Darkness actually never should have been created in the first place. The deeper I look into the mythology of religion, the more absurd the stories seem.
