I was contacted by lotto-scam criminals using a yahoo domain address.Should I report this to Yahoo, if so how?

Nope, there's nothing there going to be able to do. The sender uses fake email addresses, and they change them regularly so they can't just block them. Report them to the police and FBI, however it's dobutful they'll be able to find anything so they know who the scammers are.
