Where is the best place for a student with little credit history to get a personal loan with no co-signer?

I am a full time college student, and I am seeking to try and get a low amount loan (around $1500) to help with the cost of finding a new apartment and a month's payment for car insurance. Can anyone reccomend a place online or offline to apply for the loan. I have little credit (only had a history for 7 months), and I am willing to pay a very high interest rate (up to 25%). Thanks!
