Has anyone ever gotten SEVERAL BFN hpt but went to the doctor and BFP the same day you got a BFN at home?

My husband and I are TTC after a MC back in December. I have been a pee on a stick addict for the last couple months. Well after hundreds of dollars and several different brands of test I went to the Doctor cause my period was so light that I thought something must be wrong and I needed something to get my period back to normal so we can conceive. I was officially late by days and I still had been taking EARLY pregnancy test and nothing showed up! Well low and behold his urine test showed up positive! I was in shock and so happy! I hadn't taken a test that morning so I thought that maybe it would show up on my test at home. Well....I got home and my equate test showed up NEGATIVE??? They did a blood test so we will see what my hcg levels are. They said not to be surprised if I am farther along then what I think I am since all my test at home were negative before. I have to wait till Monday for my results and it's 4:30am on Sat. morning. (I am really sick with a BAD cold and can't sleep). It feels like forever before I know anything. Please let me know if this has happened to you are someone you know. I hope I just didn't get a false positive at the doctors office. Last pregnancy his test came up Negative after mine came up positive! His test shows 100 hcg or higher.
