Ceremony/Wedding help!?

We are getting married in our banquet hall and I'm wondering how things will flow from the ceremony to the reception. What do I need to do to make it work? This is a very informal celebration... Nothing formal at all. Getting married on a friday night and serving hors derves, beer and soda. Does my DJ need to be there before the ceremony in order for this to work? I appreciate any help/insight you have and thank you!
