Please tell me how to ollie?

my dad impounded a skateboard for me and its no plan b or girl board but its not a walmart board my wheels are big rubber wheels and my trucks are some kind of white trucks. can u tell me how to ollie and if i cant do it cause my board. also tell me a good board/trucks/wheels board setup
