Starting a team like the movie 21 for blackjack. lol. Sounds silly right? Let me know what you think.?

I watched the movie 21 a second time and realized that counting cards isn't all that hard. Looked it up, and it proved to be MUCH easier than I imagined. I do see how a team is needed, and I do know some people who may be interested. We could do practice rounds... have fake tables around an area, while some pretend to be the dealer, and we just run through each of those tables to see how everything works out. What do you guys think of this? Too good to be true?
