How old do you have to be to get your belly on pierced in texas and does it hurt how long to heal?

You have to be 18 or have your parent consent. You don't want to take it out for awhile. It takes like 6 months to heal right. Just put tape over it for sports. I got mine when I was 14, my mom was there.
