Why do you call it an asteroid when its outside the hemisphere, yet call it hemorrhoid when its in your a$$?

I can't look this up I'm still digging past the center of the universe I haven't gotten through the frozen ground yet I may have to put that off until spring. As for the hemorroid question see what nasa has to say.
