I recently noticed a greyish lump in my near the glands. what could it be?

okay so the other day I was wiping myself and it hurt a little bit nd i noticed a tinyy bit of blood on the tp, so when i checked it out it turned out to b about a cm sized grey lump outlined in red and black. i tried to research it but I couldn't find any clues to what it could be. the closest thing I've found is an extremly rate l cancer, but im 14 and a virgin and the cancer doesn't usually occur in teenagers. also about a day before I noticed it I got really sick. the doctor said it was swine and told us not to come in, but I've been taking the medicine she prescribed and I'm not getting much better. im pretty scared, and im embarrd to tell my mom about it, but I'm afraid if I donnt, it's not gonna go away by itself
